Va propunem spre colaborare un proiect de constructie a 5 case cu licenta de constructie obtinuta in complexul Paradise Valey din Mihailesti, Giurgiu, avand toate utilitatile disponibile: apa, gaz, curent electric, canalizare.
Sunt 5 loturi de teren a cate 520 de metri patrati fiecare. In decurs de 2 ani se vor construi 5 case pe fiecare lot de teren.
Pretul fiecarui lot de teren este 20000 euro, iar plata catre proprietar se face la finalizarea caselor si vanzarea acestora.
